Susan Storm, a South African born jewellery designer now based in Australia, has joined forces with Mothers for All. Susan is actively helping the organisation and incorporating our paper beads into her one-of-a-kind designer necklaces; her heart has definitely returned to Africa. Susan was raised in South Africa before moving to England and then Australia, where she became a travel writer and photographer. Her travels throughout the world fuelled her fascination with tribal jewellery. Mayagems started with a collection of rare and unique beads and trinkets which Susan made into necklaces. She is constantly spreading her designing wings and continues to source beads, ancient and modern, and new inspiration from all over the world.
