Robyn Scott - Chair
Robyn Scott is a social entrepreneur and author. She helped found Mothers for All with proceeds from her first book, Twenty Chickens for a Saddle, a memoir set against the AIDS epidemic in Botswana. She is also co-founder of OneLeap and an ambassador for the Access to Medicine Index. She is a fellow of the RSA.
Seloma Tiro Seloma Tiro - Vice Chair
Seloma Tiro is a businessman based in Nata, where he co-founded the Nata Village Trust, a charitable organisation that helps to support Nata's more than 400 orphans as well as the people who are living with HIV and AIDS.


Nomsa Mbere - Treasurer
Nomsa Mbere, previously a dentist based in Gaborone and president of the Botswana Red Cross Society, is now a trainee lawyer in Johannesburg. She maintains strong connections in Botswana where she is an active trustee of the Y Care Trust, which raises money for charitable organisations in Botswana.


Jenny Dunlop - Secretary
Jenny Dunlop, who is based in Selebi-Phikwe, is the national co-ordinator of Mothers for All. Previously a secondary school teacher, Jenny started AIDS awareness groups at local schools as well as an orphan "buddy" or mentoring system and environmental awareness courses for school children. She is currently spear-heading the product diversification and permaculture programmes with our mothers.

Fiona Dereige is a Technical Advisor with GIZ Botswana working in Mediation and Conflict Resolution for the Peace, Security and Good Governance Programme.

Linda Scott - Trustee
Linda Scott, having lived in Botswana for 15 years, is now based in Cape Town, where she is running the South African arm of Mothers for All. The SA organisation is currently focusing on HIV peer education programmes in Western Cape prisons as well as rehabilitation projects enabling prisoners to make the beaded jewellery in support of orphans and vulnerable children from their local community. She is also responsible for the AIDSbuzz website that profiles South African non-profit organisations working in the field of HIV and AIDS.

Lulu Scott - Trustee
Lulu Scott is a language teacher, illustrator and chef, who is currently doing a Fine Arts degree in Nimes, France. She is responsible for the Mothers for All logo and some of the designs incorporated into the craft products made by the mothers.
trustee_damien Damien Scott - Trustee
Damien Scott is the General Manager of the Williams F1 Technology Centre based in Qatar. He is the technological strategy advisor to the Mothers for All Trust.

Tshwarelo Kgababa - Secretary
Tshwarelo joined the Mothers for All Phikwe group in 2009 and quickly became a committed member. Our educational fund helped her to attend a secretarial training college from which she graduated with top marks.




Sharon Tshegofatso - Part-time Bookkeeper
Sharon is a natural entrepreneur and runs a very successful pre-school in Phikwe. She has been a godsend for the Mothers for All office as the bookkeeping demands of our grassroots organisation, involving over 60 mothers around Botswana, are highly demanding.


Oratile Tshipa - Part-time Regional Co-ordinator
Oratile was one of the first orphans to benefit from the Mothers for All intervention as her grandmother, Maipelo, was our very first mother. She received financial support from the orphan training fund to attend a bookkeeping course after leaving school and has now worked for Mothers for All for several years. Having recently moved to Maun with her new baby, she is now co-ordinating all the Northern groups

These are all members of our first group in Phikwe. These committed women have proved to be essential in making sure that all our other mothers around Botswana are properly trained so that our products are of a consistently high quality.

Karen Coetzee - Chair
Karen brings expertise in teaching and craft skills to the organisation having worked as both a teacher and an interior designer.
Donnel Bambalaza - Vice Chair
Donnel has been involved with Mothers for All South Africa from the very beginning, helping to recruit and train mothers in several different areas of the Western Cape. She also helped to train the inmates and is an excellent crafts woman herself.
